Day 2 - Out and about in Saigon
Full-day city tour features the former Presidential Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the lavish Hotel de Ville. Then explore the historic temples of Chinatown, Binh Tay Market and the remarkable Cao Dai Temple. Dine tonight at Hoa Tuc, loved by locals for its contemorary approach to Vietnamese cuisine. Day 3 - A Day in the Mekong Delta
Drive deep into the Mekong Delta and explore these bustling waterways by sampan. Sample exotic fruits in the shade of a farmer’s garden before a lunch of local specialties. Return to Saigon, where your evening is at leisure. Meals B,L

Day 4 - Into the Cu Chi Tunnels and on to historic Hoi An #WHS#
After early morning Tai Chi and breakfast, embark on an exciting visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Return to the city for lunch and then fly to Danang. Upon arrival, drive past the Marble Mountains and China Beach to Hoi An, where a deluxe beachfront room awaits you at the 5-star Victoria Resort. Meals B,L,D

Day 5 - Explore Hoi An
Mingle with town residents at the colorful market and learn how to select the freshest produce and most aromatic spices - ingredients you’ll use later at a hands-on cooking class. After lunch, which you help to prepare, a walking tour features a local school and Hoi An’s historic merchant homes and temples. This evening, dine along the riverfront at the esteemed Brother’s Café. Meals B,L,D

Day 6 - A scenic overland journey to Hue
Drive to the ancient city of Hue where you’ll visit the ornate tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh and the Imperial Citadel. Encounter fascinating scenes of local life as you cruise down the Perfume River and sit down to tea with a local family. After dinner, retire to La Residence Hotel with its fabulous Art Deco style! Day 7 - Fly to Hanoi
Fly to Hanoi, where in-depth sightseeing includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, the lush Botanical Gardens, and the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070. Sit down to lunch at the stylish Wild Lotus Restaurant and then board traditional cyclos to explore the lovely French Quarter. Enjoy two leisurely nights at the luxurious Sofitel Metropol, the finest hotel in town! Meals B,L

Day 8 - Village and countryside...
Journey into the countryside to visit Thay Pagoda, famed for its finely carved statues of Buddha. Then explore the ancient homes and byways of Duong Lam, a quiet village surrounded by rice paddies. Enjoy lunch in this tranquil setting and then return to Hanoi. Join us tonight for an enthralling Water Puppet performance. Meals B,L

Day 9 - Journey to Ha Long Bayc for an overnight cruise
A morning drive brings you to Ha Long Bay, filled with thousands of limestone islands, forested peaks, hidden coves and emerald green waters that stretch forth as far as you can see. Step aboard the Bhaya Classic, styled after the grand junk once reserved exclusively for the emperor. Enjoy lunch, dinner and an unforgettable voyage deep into this ethereal seascape. Day 10 - Awake on Ha Long Bay and fly to Angkor #WHS#
Step off ship after a leisurely breakfast and return to Hanoi for your afternoon flight to Cambodia. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you’ll be escorted to the luxurious Sofitel Royal Resort. Meals B

Day 11 - Unhurried exploration of Angkor
Join your Trip Leader to explore these amazing jungle ruins, starting with Angkor Wat, the largest temple in the world. Enjoy lunch at Viroth’s Restaurant and then discover the monumental magnificence of Angkor Thom – the last capital of the Khmers. Late in the day, we’ll lead you to a prime vantage point to witness the sunset over Angkor. Dine tonight at the Sugar Palm Restaurant. Meals B,L,D

Day 12 - The luxury of a second day at Angkor
Discover lesser known, but equally spectacular Angkor sites like Ta Prohm, a 12th-century temple enveloped by jungle. At tonight’s dinner, watch a cultural performance of dance and music. Meals B,D

Day 13 - Depart Siem Reap
