Transfer by light aircraft from Maun Airport to the Okavango Delta in time for your first game drive at either Chitabe Camp or Mombo Camp. Meals L,D
Day 2 - Okavango by land
Known as “dry” camps, your game drives here will explore open grasslands and beautiful acacia forests that are home to lion, cheetah, leopard, giraffe, impala, lechwe, zebra, wildebeest, and even the elusive African wild dog! Meals B,L,D
Day 3 - Okavango contrasts
Have a morning game drive before a scenic light aircraft transfer brings you to the beautiful “island” of Xigera Camp or the dramatic floodplain of Jao Camp, both surrounded by deep water channels and lush vegetation. Meals B,L,D
Day 4 - Okavango by water
From these “wet” camps, your skilled guide will take you into the Delta by mokoro canoe. Gliding silently through the clear waters, this is an unforgettable way to spot elephant, hippo, delta antelope and hundreds of bird species. Meals B,L,D
Day 5 - To the Linyanti Reserve
Travel by light aircraft to Botswana’s northernmost region and the ultra-private Linyanti Reserve, where the famed Savuti Channel is located. You’ll explore this pristine wilderness from either Duma Tau Camp or Zarafa Camp. Meals B,L,D
Day 6 - Discover the Savuti Channel
With over 300,000 acres and just a few intimate camps, the Linyanti experience features all the incredible wildlife as the adjacent Chobe National Park but with exceptional privacy. Your safari guide will introduce you to the game rich Savuti Channel and Africa’s largest elephant herds. Meals B,L,D
Day 7 - Onward to Victoria Falls
Travel into Zambia and then have an afternoon cruise along the Zambezi River. You’ll stay at the stylish Toka Leya Camp or the elegant River Club, both with gorgeous riverfront locations just upstream from Victoria Falls. Meals B,L,D
Day 8 - “The Smoke that Thunders”
The misty spray of Victoria Falls is never far away as you enjoy two included excursions of your choice: a Falls tour, cultural visit to local village, fishing expedition, craft shopping or tour of David Livingstone Museum. Meals B,L,D
Day 9 - Depart Victoria Falls
Your included private transfer to the airport will be conveniently scheduled based upon your flight’s departure time. Meals B
