Hotel Class: Lodge
The Posada Amazonas is an unobtrusive 30-bedroom lodge set close to the Amazon’s richest rainforests, and near local villages. Each room has a private bathroom and verandah. Meals are buffet style, with a mixture of universal, Peruvian, and local cuisine. All visitors have the opportunity to explore the local culture through nature walks and daily interaction, as well as exploring the jungle.

Hotel José Antonio Cuzco was built recently and has a modern architecture with a fine colonial touch and offers 124 comfortable rooms. All rooms are equipped with mini bar, cable TV, hair dryer, telephone, in-room safe, fax/modem connections, laundry service, heating and air conditioning. Enjoy a traditional ‘Pisco Sour’, great Peruvian cuisine and the best of international food at 'El Rejo' bar restaurant. Day 2 - Lima / Cuzco
Fly to Cuzco #WHS#and transfer to your comfortable hotel, ideally located close to the historic town center. In the afternoon, begin a spiritual journey as our guide prepares you for a tour of this ancient capital. Visit the Temple of the Sun, an ancient Incan religious center, where the essence of Pachamama (Mother Nature) comes alive. Continue to Sacsayhuaman, believed to have been an astronomical observatory. The day comes to a close with a harmonization ceremony at the Temple of the Moon. Day 4 - Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu #WHS#

Day 7 - Cuzco / Posada Amazonas
Fly to Puerto Maldonado for a 2-hour journey up the Tambopata River to Posada Amazonas, a 24-room, world-renowned eco-lodge co-owned by the indigenous Ese’eja community. An ethno-botanical tour with your Ese’eja guide along the forest trails illuminates the everyday use of these plants for medicine, construction, food and fiber. Meals B,L,D Posada Amazonas

Day 8 - Posada Amazonas
A full and exciting day reveals the diverse eco-systems of the jungle. Visit a clay lick to see flocks of brilliantly-colored macaws, and hike to Tres Chimbadas Lake for a canoe trip in search of giant river otters, turtles and wading birds. You’re invited for a pre-lunch meditation to strengthen mental, spiritual and physical harmony. Then join your guide to find the giant Ceiba tree, endowed with mythical status by many cultures. Day 9 - Posada Amazonas / Lima
