Day 1 - Bangkok, Thailand

Meals B,L Legend River Resort, S or Antara,D Day 5 - Golden Triangle Excursion Discover the cultural diversity of Thailand as you visit Akha and Yao hill tribe villages. Drive to the town of Mae Sai near the Burma border and on into the heart of the Golden Triangle, where Laos, Burma and Thailand come together. Visit the Mekong River town of Chiang Saen and then return to your hotel. Meals B,L Day 6 - Chiang Rai / Chiang Mai Travel southward to Mae Ka Chan, famous for its natural hot spring and then continue to Chiang Mai, a city revered for its artistic, cultural and Buddhist traditions. Visit Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, a temple set dramatically atop a mountain. Check-in to your choice of hotel for a leisurely two night stay.
