Jianguo Hotel
Hotel Class: Superior First Class
The Jianguo Hotel in Beijing is the first international hotel in China since 1982, and the only garden hotel in Beijing. The hotel is situated at the diplomatic quarter of Beijing, but it is walking distance from the metro and the Silk Street Market. All guest rooms have air-conditioning, voicemail, telephone, cable TV, and mini-bar. Other hotel amenities include indoor heated pool, sauna, and fitness room.

Kowaki-en Hotel
Hotel Class: First Class
This first class hotel in rural Japan, featuring a traditional hot spring bath, has been a well-known resort in Japan for quite some time. Hotel facilities include convenience shop, beauty salon, photo studio, massage, sauna, and an outdoor pool. All guest rooms have air-conditioning, mini-bar, telephone, and TV. Guests can choose between five different restaurants and a variety of cuisine.

Rihga Royal Hotel

The Rihga Royal Hotel is located in Kyoto, where opportunities to experience local cultural are as easy as leaving the hotel. Yoshi-Ima Ryokan

The Yoshi-Ima Ryokan is located at the center of Kyoto, facing the old fashioned tea houses that were once the city's night clubs in former days; instead, Maiko and Geisha roam these streets in kimono and white face at night. Within walking distance is the Yasaka shrine, Kiyomizu temple and the Kodaiji temple. The Yoshi-Ima serves authentic cuisine, as well as western cuisine.

Nikko Hotel

Located on Midosuji Avenue, the Nikko Hotel is in the heart of Osaka, near shopping, restaurants, and other cultural diversions. Guests stay in rooms equipped with air-conditioning, TV, and telephone. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant, coffee shop, gift shop, and parking.

Day 2 - Tokyo
Your morning tour begins at Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Arcade. Stop at the Imperial Palace Plaza and visit the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Meiji Shrine. Meals B

Day 3 - Tokyo
Enjoy a free day, or join an available tour to Nikko. Meals B

Day 4 - Tokyo / Mt. Fuji / Hakone
Travel up the slopes of Mt. Fuji and then on to Hakone, one of Japan’s most famous hot-spring resorts. Enjoy a cruise on Lake Ashi and a cable car ride up Mt. Komagatake. The evening is free to try the onsen at your lovely resort hotel – a traditional, relaxing Japanese hot spring bath.

Day 5 - Hakone / Mishima / Kyoto
Journey by Bullet Train to Kyoto. Upon arrival, transfer to your 4-star city-center hotel or choose an optional 1-night stay at the Yoshi-ima Ryokan – a charming Japanese inn with tatami-matted rooms, where you will enjoy traditional Japanese hospitality and dinner.

Day 6 - Kyoto / Nara / Kyoto
Today’s touring in Nara#WHS# includes Todai-ji Temple and Kasuga Shrine, famed for its scenic pathways lined with stone lanterns. In the afternoon, explore Kyoto – visiting Kinkaku-ji#WHS#, the famous Golden Pavilion; Heian Shrine; and Sanjusangendo Temple with 1,001 images of Buddha. Meals B

Day 7 - Kyoto / Osaka
Travel to Osaka and visit Osaka Castle, one of the most beautiful in all Japan. Check-in to your beautiful deluxe hotel.

Day 8 - Osaka / Beijing
Transfer to Kansai Airport for your flight to Beijing where you’ll be met by your Tour Manager and transferred to your 4-star hotel, wonderfully located close to the silk market.

Day 9 - Beijing
Stroll with your expert guide through the shaded courtyards and palaces of the Forbidden City#WHS#. Your full-day tour also includes kite flying with a master kite maker in Tiananmen Square and exploring by rickshaw through a Hutong, a traditional Beijing settlement. Meals B,L

Day 10 - Beijing
Your walk along the Great Wall#WHS# is rewarded with thrilling views before visiting the Ming Tombs#WHS#, burial site of 13 Chinese emperors. Meals B,L

Day 11 - Beijing / Yichang
Visit the Panda Hall at Beijing Zoo and tour the Summer Palace#WHS#. En route to the airport, you’ll see Beijing’s 2008 Olympic Venues. Fly to Yichang and board your deluxe river ship.

Day 12 - Cruising / Sandouping / Three Gorges Dam
Visit the Three Gorges Dam Site – an impressive engineering feat. Later, the ship enters the 5-stage ship locks of the Dam. Meals B,L,D

Day 13 - Cruising / Shennong Stream / 3 Gorges
Journey up Shennong Stream, one of the most scenic Yangtze tributaries. Your cruise continues through the dramatic Wu Gorge and Qutang Gorge. Meals B,L,D

Day 14 - Cruising / Fengdu
Today you’ll explore Fengdu where ancient temples feature fantastic carvings of spirits from the “Underworld” of Chinese mythology. Meals B,L,D

Day 15 - Arrive Chongqing / Fly to Xian
Disembark and visit the Panda Hall at Chongqing Zoo. Then fly to Xian and check-in to your lovely deluxe hotel in the city center.
