Day 2 - Discover Singapore
Today’s privately-guided sightseeing tour reveals the city’s rich historic legacy and the fascinating multi-cultural pace of life today. You begin with a drive through Little India, filled with colorful shophouses, and continue past Parliament, Supreme Court, and City Hall – impressive reminders of Singapore’s Colonial heritage. Ascend to the top of Mt. Faber for sweeping views of the skyline and sea, and then marvel at the floral displays in the National Orchid Garden. Enjoy a thrilling ride on the Singapore Flyer and relax over lunch at Seafood Paradise. Day 4 - Singapore / Chiang Mai, Thailand
Fly north over the verdant Malay Peninsula to Thailand. A flower greeting and private car await your arrival in Chiang Mai, a city revered for its rich culture and artistry. You’ll be whisked to your luxury hotel in the heart of town before visiting the home and studio of a local artist. This evening, savor traditional northern Thai hospitality and cuisine at our Khantok Dinner, followed by a concert featuring the dance and music of Thailand’s diverse hill tribes. Day 5 - Explore Chiang Mai
Today’s sightseeing takes you into the scenic mountains outside of the city to visit the impressive Doi Suthep Temple, a historic and richly gilded mountaintop site. You’ll also stop by a remote White Meo hill tribe village to gain insight into their culture, traditions and daily life. This evening, step aboard a tuk-tuk (open air taxi) and explore the city’s famed Night Bazaar. Meals B

Day 6 - Chiang Mai / Chiang Rai
Journey through spectacular vistas of forested mountains and lush tranquil valleys to Chiang Rai. You’ll stop by a picturesque hot spring and visit an elephant camp, where mahouts – their owners and trainers – will teach you the skills required for the care of these giant beasts. Assist in their feeding and bathe them in a jungle stream. Tonight, you’ll slumber peacefully at your luxury resort, perched on a ridge with stunning views across the hills of the Golden Triangle. Day 7 - Explore the Golden Triangle
Travel to Mae Sai, the northern-most point of the Thai border with Myanmar and discover the fabled “Golden Triangle” where Thailand, Burma and Laos meet. Day 8 - Chiang Rai / Cruise the Mekong to Pakbeng, Laos
Join with villagers early this morning to give alms to local Buddhist monks, an important daily ritual throughout Thailand. Then drive to the Laotian border town of Chiang Khong and board your comfortable Mekong River cruiser for a fascinating journey on this timeless river. You’ll visit a remote tribal village and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch on board. By sunset, you’ll arrive at your charming resort, with inviting pavilions perched overlooking the river’s edge. Day 9 - Cruise the Mekong to Luang Prabang
Step aboard for the second stage of your Mekong journey. The first stop this morning is a Hmong village on the banks of the river. Then continue on to the mouth of the Nam Ou River to visit the Caves of a Thousand Buddha’s. Before arriving in Luang Prabang, you’ll alight on shore for a brief and fascinating look at how local villagers distill the popular Laotian rice-based spirits. Day 10 - Explore Luang Prabang
Surrounded by rivers and mountains, this enchanting town of historic temples and colonial architecture was declared a World Heritage Site in 1995. It’s one of the few remaining places in Asia where the rhythms of life still seem virtually unchanged by the 21st century. Your escorted sightseeing showcases the marvelously preserved architecture of this jewel of Indochina and includes the National Museum, located in the former Royal Palace. Meals B,L

Day 11 - Luang Prabang / Vientiane
Your sightseeing tour continues today including the 16th century Wat Visoun, renowned for its collection of antique wooden Buddha’s, and the spectacular Wat Xieng Thong, richly decorated with exquisite mosaics and gold-stenciled murals. Then fly to Vientiane, the charming capital of Laos, where you’ll be met and escorted to your luxury hotel, offering turn-of-the-century elegance in the heart of the city. Meals B Settha Palace

Day 12 - Explore Vientiane
This is one of the most charming, unique and laid-back capitals in the world. It has a relatively small population, and the rural farms of the countryside are just a short drive from a city center that’s graced with tree-lined boulevards, temples, and colorful markets. Your escorted sightseeing tour includes the gleaming golden stupa of That Luang, perhaps the most important Buddhist temple in Laosm and Ho Pha Keo, the former royal temple which is now a museum with a fine collection of Buddhist sculpture. Day 13 - Vientiane / Siem Reap, Cambodia

Day 14 - Temples & Sites of Angkor
#WHS#Explore one of the most significant archaeological sites in the world, the vast jungle ruins of the Khmer Empire that ruled here from 900 to 1432. Two full days with our expert guide allows for deep and enriching exploration into the history and architectural legacy of this once-great Empire. Your touring will include Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Empire, and spectacular Angkor Wat, built in the 12th century and considered by many to be the pinnacle of Khmer architecture. Late in the afternoon, ascend to one of the temple terraces for the breathtaking spectacle of the sun setting across the lush jungle ruins of Angkor. Meals B,L,D

Day 15 - Temples & Sites of Angkor
Tour the 11th century Chau Say Tevoda and the pristine Ta Phrohm temple. Also visit Artisans d’Angkor, established to teach and thus preserve traditional Khmer arts like stone and wood carving. Meals B,L

Day 16 - Siem Reap / Tonle Sap Lake / Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam
Venture onto the waters of Tonle Sap Lake this morning for a fascinating boat excursion past fishing farms and colorful markets to the unique floating villages that line the lake shores. Day 17 - Explore Ho Chi Minh City
The bustling city of Saigon is a fascinating contrast of old rhythms and modern 21st century energy, where an emerging modern skyline casts its shadow over finely-preserved Colonial buildings and traditional temples. Your full-day sightseeing tour, however, begins about 40 miles outside the city at the Cu Chi Tunnels, the vast underground complex built by guerilla fighters and used throughout the Vietnam War. Back in Saigon, start your exploration on Dong Khoi Street, the main shopping boulevard and the heart of Old Saigon. Continue past Colonial landmarks like the Hotel de Ville (City Hall), Opera House, and Notre Dame Cathedral. You’ll explore the city’s modern history at the Reunification Palace, stormed by tanks on the morning of April 30, 1975 as Saigon fell. A final stop is made at the bustling Central Market, a great place to shop for Vietnamese handicrafts. Tonight, dine at Blue Ginger, a charming Vietnamese bistro with outstanding regional cuisine.
