Meals B,L Sheraton Saigon Day 17 - Explore Ho Chi Minh City The bustling city of Saigon is a fascinating contrast of old rhythms and modern 21st century energy, where an emerging modern skyline casts its shadow over finely-preserved Colonial buildings and traditional temples. Your full-day sightseeing tour, however, begins about 40 miles outside the city at the Cu Chi Tunnels, the vast underground complex built by guerilla fighters and used throughout the Vietnam War. Back in Saigon, start your exploration on Dong Khoi Street, the main shopping boulevard and the heart of Old Saigon. Continue past Colonial landmarks like the Hotel de Ville (City Hall), Opera House, and Notre Dame Cathedral.
