Day 1 - Arrive Berlin
Check-in to the Radisson SAS, a unique and contemporary luxury hotel with a great city-center location opposite the Berlin Cathedral and close to Museum Island#WHS#.

Day 2 - Berlin
Exciting Berlin#WHS# comes alive as you explore the city’s highlights: City Hall, Brandenburg Gate, and Berlin Cathedral. See the impressive Reichstag, the Berlin Wall remains and Checkpoint Charlie Museum. Meals B

Day 3 - Berlin / Potsdam / Embark Ship
Travel to Potsdam to visit Sanssouci#WHS#, the opulent palace of the “Sun King”, Frederick the Great of Prussia. After the tour, board your luxurious Deilmann ship.

Day 4 - Magdeburg
This lovely city with its rich history of trade and wealth suffered extensive damage during WWII and is today a city of contrasts – medieval monuments stand next to contemporary structures of glass and steel. Your tour features the baroque City Hall and the famous Magdeburg Rider statue. you’ll also visit the 13th century cathedral, one of Germany’s earliest Gothic churches. Meals B,L,D

Day 5 - Wittenberg#WHS#
Step ashore with your guide and follow “in the footsteps of Martin Luther,” the Protestant reformer who began the Reformation in the early 1500’s. Your tour includes the house where he lived, now a museum dedicated to his life and work, and the church where, in 1517, Luther is said to have posted his 95 Theses. Meals B,L,D

Day 6 - Meissen / Dresden
Today you’ll discover two wonderful treasures: Meissen porcelain – long prized by kings and collectors – and Dresden, the “Florence on the Elbe”. Your visit to the Meissen porcelain workshop reveals the 300-year-old traditions behind the manufacturing of this noble china. Next, you’ll see the 13th century cathedral and the imposing Albrecht Castle, which dates back more than 1,000 years. Your tour of Dresden begins at the Blue Wonder Bridge, with excellent views of three castles that overlook the banks of the Elbe. A walking tour through the Old Town includes Dresden’s renowned architectural treasures, the Semper Opera House and the Zwinger Palace. At the Royal Mews, you’ll see the famous Procession of Princes, a parade of 35 Saxon princes and kings beautifully depicted on 24,000 tiles of Meissen porcelain. Meals B,L,D

Day 7 - Pillnitz Park
After breakfast, you visit the ornate palaces of Pillnitz, former residence of Saxon kings. The beautifully landscaped grounds include the Camellia House, where hundreds of delicate plants have been grown for over 250 years. Then journey through the sandstone mountains of “Saxon Switzerland” to the Konigstein Fortress set atop a 1,200-foot plateau. From the ancient parapet walls, you’ll enjoy sweeping views across the magnificent scenery of the Elbe Valley#WHS#. Meals B,L,D

Day 8 - Litomerice / Melnik
This morning, the ship docks in the heart of Litomerice, a town filled with Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance architecture. Enjoy leisure time to wander the charming cobbled streets at your own pace. Lunch is served onboard as you cruise toward Melnik, a charming town situated at the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava Rivers. Meals B,L,D

Day 9 - Prague
Relax on the Sun Deck or in the comfortable Observation Lounge as your ship sails through a tranquil landscape of rolling hills and small riverside towns. In the early afternoon, your ship docks in the heart of Prague#WHS# – the “City of 100 Spires” – where escorted sightseeing reveals the architectural treasures of this glorious city. You will visit the Gothic St. Vitus Cathedral, see the 15th century Astronomical Clock and the beautiful, statue-lined Charles Bridge. This evening, gather for an elegant Farewell Dinner.

Day 10 - Prague / Disembarkation
