Emperador
Hotel Class: Deluxe
The Emperador Hotel is located in the Avenida del Libertador, next to 9th July Avenue. Those who wish to find nightlife, shopping, or local cuisine in the city will find this an easy desire to fulfill. The 265 rooms at the Emperador are equipped with air-conditioning, internet, minibar, and telephone. The hotel also has a cocktail bar, restaurant, sauna, and swimming pool.

Hotel El Bosque Park & Suites
Hotel Class: Superior First Class
Located in the center of the El Golf district, the El Bosque Park and Suites is comprised of 84 suites equipped with modern amenities including cable television and telephone. On site leisure facilities include an exercise gym, hot tub, and indoor pool. The hotel also boasts two onsite restaurants, Enebro and the Park Club, serving International cuisine.
 
Day 1 - Buenos Aires, Argentina
Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be met and escorted by private car to the deluxe Hotel Emperador, wonderfully located in the elegant, city-center Recoleta district.

Day 2 - Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires and its residents are a fascinating mosaic, with Italian, German, French and Spanish influences reflected in the culture, cuisine and architecture of this delightful city. Today’s tour explores this rich heritage; see the grand façade of the historic Teatro Colon, one of the world’s premier opera houses, and drive through the Plaza de Mayo, a vibrant hub of the city. Continue to La Boca, the district where the Tango originated, and then down Avenida 9 de Julio to the Obelisk – symbol of Buenos Aires. Tonight, a 1-hour Tango lesson is followed by dinner and a professional Tango show. Meals B,D

Day 3 - Gaucho Fiesta
Travel through the Argentine pampas to the sprawling Estancia Santa Susana. Enjoy a barbecue lunch of ranch-raised beef – asado criollo – and wonderful local wine, followed by a show of Argentine folk dances and music. Relax with your fellow guests or explore the countryside by horse-drawn sulky, a traditional two-wheeled carriage. Return to your hotel for a free evening. Meals B,L

Day 4 - Buenos Aires / Mendoza
Fly to Mendoza. Nestled at the foot of the Andes, this lovely city is the center of Argentina’s growing wine industry. Enjoy 2 nights at your superior first class hotel in the heart of town, the Huentala Hotel . Meals B

Day 5 - Mendoza / Winery Tour
Founded in the 16th century, Mendoza’s colorful history has graced the city with many beautiful monuments. Today’s sightseeing includes Independence Plaza, General Martin Park and the Hill of Glory, dedicated to Jose de San Martin, widely revered as the military hero who liberated Argentina and Chile from Spain. In the afternoon, you journey into the beautiful countryside to tour the vineyards and sample the vintages of two historic estates. Meals B,L

Day 6 - Mendoza / Santiago, Chile
Today’s journey is an experience you’ll treasure for a lifetime. Transfer to the Mendoza Bus Terminal to embark on a spectacular drive through the Andes Mountains. Upon arrival in Santiago, you are met and transferred to the Hotel El Bosque Park & Suites, a superior first class hotel in Las Condes, an upscale district close to dining and shopping. Meals B

Day 7 - Santiago
Experience the sights and flavors of Santiago – with an unusual twist. Our local guide will meet you in the hotel and together you venture forth by Metro to meet with our renowned chef. Stroll along winding streets and through historic plazas to a farmer’s market our chef shares insights into this wonderful city. Sample local produce and hop for ingredients and spices. Then join our chef at home and together prepare a gourmet meal. Once the work is done, offer a toast to your host – with a glass of fine Chilean wine – and relax together over lunch. Meals B,L
