Ascend to the top of Mt. Faber for sweeping views of the city and then marvel at the exhibits of the National Orchid Garden. This captivating city is filled with bustling streets, canals and glittering temples. Explore the highlights from a variety of perspectives, including by tuk-tuk (an open-air 3-wheel taxi), on a guided walking tour, and by long tail boat along the river and its canals. Day 6 - A FreeStyle Day in Bangkok

Day 7 - Bangkok / Kanchanaburi Province
Journey into picturesque Kanchanaburi Province, home to the famed ‘Bridge over the River Kwai.’ Tour the JEATH War Museum and ride aboard the historic River Kwai Railway. Then check-in to your charming hotel where you’ll enjoy lovely river-view rooms. After lunch, travel by long-tail boat to visit a Mon Village. Day 8 - Kanchanaburi / Chiang Mai
Drive to Bangkok for your flight to Chiang Mai, renowned for its charm, spirit, and a rich heritage of art and culture. Upon arrival, you’ll be met and escorted to your 5-star hotel. Later, visit Doi Suthep Temple, built high atop a forested hill, and then savor the rich flavors of northern Thailand at this evening’s Khantoke dinner, followed by a performance of regional dance and music. Day 9 - Visit Doi Inthanon National Park
Visit Baan Tawai and take an easy hike to the beautiful Mae Klang Waterfall. After a picnic lunch, tour the Napa-Maytineedon and Napapon-Phummisiri pagodas that were built for the 60-year anniversary of the King and Queen of Thailand. At a Meo village, you’ll learn about the lifestyle, traditional culture, and animist beliefs of this hill tribe. En route back to the hotel, you will also visit a Karen hill tribe village. Meals B,L

Day 10 - Chiang Mai / Thaton
An exciting day begins with a scenic drive through the lush mountains and valleys of northern Thailand. After lunch, climb atop elephants and explore the countryside; this is a traditional mode of transportation here in the jungle north. Day 11 - Thaton / Chiang Rai
Journey on the Mae Kok River to Baan Mai and visit a hill tribe village along the way. Then drive through the lush countryside to visit with Yao and Akha villagers. Day 12 - Excursion to the Golden Triangle

Day 13 - Chiang Rai / Bangkok
